If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our application. 2. Eligibility To use our application, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 3. User Accounts • Registration: You must create an account to use certain features of our application. You can sign up using your email and password or through Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • Password Management: If you register using an email and password, it is your responsibility to choose a strong password and keep it secure. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the application shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. By using the application, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to the venue of any such proceeding in these courts. 11. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the effective date.
